The Summer Breeze is a traditional beach style house but with plenty of special touches. It is an estimated 2,201 square feet that makes it perfect for a year round family or as a 2nd home for those weekend getaways to the NC coast. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The first floor features two bedrooms that share a full bathroom, as well as a covered patio on the back. The second floor has a large open area for living, dining, and kitchen, as well as a master suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. There are also two covered porches on both the front and back of the house, perfect for relaxing with views or entertaining guests.
And for extra accessibility, we designed room for an optional elevator. Plus, we made the 2 car garage extra large, so you can easily store your vehicles, golf cart, or other belongings. The Summer Breeze is a wonderful beach-style house where you can escape the everyday and enjoy a little bit of paradise here on the North Carolina coast.
