When that happens, we want them to tell use how happy they are with their home. We want to hear what their neighbors, friends, and families have said. It’s important to us that our relationship is solid from the beginning because it will last for a long time.
For us, that starts with the house plans we select. When Bobby and I start looking for a new plan to include in our offering, one of the first questions we ask ourselves is “Would we love living in this house?”. If we don’t think we’d love it, that plan doesn’t get considered for our offering.
