The Sunset is a fantastic home plan for families who love the beach. The rear entry to the home with an oversized garage leads into a drop zone for kids – perfect to catch those sandy feet after a day on the beach. The spacious kitchen has an island, plenty of counter space, and loads of cabinets for storage. The main floor also has a beautiful, master suite with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. There is also a main floor guest bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, and an oversized laundry room.
The stairway to the second floor leads to a wonderful sitting area that opens to a private, covered porch. The second floor also has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
